One of our greatest strengths is the construction and overhaul of high-performance engines for road, club sport and competition use. We specialise in particular in the reinforcement of turbocharged engines from VAG. We regularly build and convert engines with reinforced connecting rods and forged pistons for many vehicles, such as the RS3/TTRS, Golf, S3/S4/RS4, and many more. We primarily use premium manufacturers for reinforced components, such as Supertech, Ferrea, Mahle, Calico, ARP, CatCams, Schrick, dbilas and many more. Our goal is to produce the optimum solution for the respective application. Many forged pistons from the aftermarket sector, for example, have significant shortcomings in terms of heat treatment, which is why we have developed our own pistons that, despite their high load-bearing capacity, do not make any noise during warm-up and do not consume significant amounts of oil, provided they are calibrated by an experienced mechanic.
